Estimates provided through our website are based on the information submitted by the customer. Final pricing may vary if the property's size, condition, or requested services differ from the information provided during the estimate process.
Submitting a booking request does not automatically guarantee an appointment. All requests are reviewed and confirmed based on our availability.
Payment is due according to the agreement confirmed before your scheduled cleaning service. Additional services requested during the appointment may result in additional charges.
We kindly ask customers to notify us as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Last-minute cancellations may affect future scheduling availability.
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the cleaning service provided, please contact us promptly so we can review your concerns and work toward an appropriate resolution.
LM Home Cleaning is not responsible for damages resulting from inaccurate information provided during the estimate process, pre-existing property conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
